Top Notch Construction Reports & Reviews (1)

Report

Started with a contract to build rock walls and bring in gravel and a rock retaining wall and excavations and clean up for $5,000.00 then changed to $16,000.00. $14,000.00 has been paid and the job is only halfway done over three months now. He doesn't have his own crew so they've only shown up a handful of times.

Promises all the time and excuses for not showing up but still wants more money without doing the work. What to do?
