I ordered a couple items from them thinking the whole time it was too good to be true. Recieved email with taking number and it said delivered but never recieved packages.

THE WEBSITE HAS TOOLS, RIDING LAWNMOWER'S, PUSH MOWER'S, LEAF BLOWERS, CHAINSAWS, PRESSURE WASHERS, UTILITY BUILDINGS ETC.. THEY WERE LISTED AT EXTREMELY LOW PRICES WITH FREE SHIPPING & HANDLING. THEY ONLY ACCEPT VISA & MASTERCARD CREDIT CARDS. NO DEBIT CARDS AT ALL. AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED THEY SAID THEY WOULD EMAIL MY TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER. THEY INSTEAD EMAILED ME A 3RD DEGREE QUESTIONNAIRE!! THEY WANTED ME TO CONFIRM THAT IT WAS I WHO ORDERED THE MERCHANDISE, THAT I AUTHORIZED THE PAYMENT. ALSO, THEY ASKED THAT I LIST MY ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER AGAIN TO VERIFY THAT IT MATCHED THE ORDER. AFTER ALL OF THIS, THEY SEND ME AN EMAIL LETTING ME KNOW THERE HAS BEEN A DELAY IN SHIPPING MY ORDER. STRANGELY, THERE WAS NO DELAY IN THEM RECEIVING MY MONEY. I HAVE YET TO GET A REFUND OR RECEIVE MY MERCHANDISE. MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY CONTACTED ME 2 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE TO LET ME KNOW SOMEONE WAS MAKING FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON MY CARD IN CHINA. I HAD TO CLOSE THAT ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY.

We ordered a toolbox and received a pair of sunglasses there is no contact phone number on this website and we have not received any feedback this is a total credit card scam company false advertisement and they take your money did the victim is money

Tool Mall or Tool Mall Express is on Facebook advertising tools and machinery at deep deep discounts. It sounds too good to be true, probably a scam
