I came across Gimmhoop on instagram:/facebook, I order for the first time from this place received item 2 to 3 weeks after, the item was forced in a little box and was very hard to get open ! Once open the top left hand has a paint smoggy and chip one of the button on the basket ball hoop frame had a black scratch! I immediately email to company and sent in screenshot it took them 1 week to get back to me after I sent in second email and Instagram messages telling them I will report to my bank to file a claim if I do not hear back from them ! That is when they email me back trying to get me to accept two choices to replace the button or spend more money to get a larger size ! I told them the item will not work out for me and I wanted to return the item with a refund back !

They ignored my request for a refund back and for me to return item ! Again I had to mention I’m calling my bank to file a claim on this matter again this is when they emailed me back and send me an address not located in the United States! They were not accommodating to me being a customer! I then went to ups one week after to send the item back I was told they do not deliver to the address I was given since it’s international!

I then went online and decided to go back to the original company that delivered my package which was Dhl

DHL only opens on Saturday located in Carson California since I originally went to ups on a Friday. Woke up early to go to DHL only for them to tell me it will cost me $800.00 dollars and I paid $279 for my item . He also told me at DHL that the address look made up because they have never seen the address before ? I was so angry because I’ve been trying to resolve this issue from the first time it was delivered and this company does not care about what and how difficult it was for me located in United States to return back the item to them ! These people are rude uncaring money hungry ! And if you do not have your company set up correctly to assist customers in the United States then why selling your products out here this is unfair and I’m very upset about this I want my money back and I do not want the item anymore I decided that the same day I open the box ! And these people are cold and uncaring and greedy to collect money for
