I purchased an item from this company and never received the product. After email them numerous times and not getting anywhere I contacted PAYPal. They said the product was delivered according to the seller. It was not delivered. They scammed me and now PAYPAL. I have all the emails I sent to the company. PayPal was no help at all. I’ve waited since NOV 3 on something to be done and haven’t gotten anywhere.

I purchased a product from seeing it on TikTok. After done days going by and not seeing a tracking update. I called multiple times. The tracking number wouldn’t compute any information. The business said that their warehouse is in California and the company was located in Arkansas. The customer service representative couldn’t tell me how much money I would be refunded back because I asked for one. They couldn’t even verify what I had purchase or my personal email address. My money hasn’t been refunded. I haven’t received a email confirmation of the refund being returned as well.

I ordered 2 chains and a bracelet on 1/21/23. They guarantee 3 to 7 business day shipping. Was supposed to receive a tracking number two days after ordering it has now been two months and I have not received a tracking number or my purchase have not heard anything back from them after numerous emails.
