I ordered 4 pairs of pants for $19.99 on July 17, 2026. I emailed customer service a few times asking why no delivery. The tracking number was from China and never changed after arriving at LAX customer ms. I checked with USPS, UPS and FedEx. No record and not a valid tracking number. The response I kept getting from them was the package was delivered and to check with neighbors to see if someone signed for the package. I have photos of the proof of purchase, a photo of the items, and I've kept all the emails.

I saw an ad on Facebook for 12 pair of pants for $29.95. Bought a Visa Gift Card and used it to order the pants. Ordered the pants and received a confirmation email. Then received a second email that my order was shipped. I kept tracking my order (could not decipher the tracking info) finally said that order had been delivered on 08/11/2026 @2:30pm, but order was never received. When I contacted DHL and USPS they said the tracking number was invalid and there was no such tracking number thats when I realized I had been scammed.

I purchased a 4 pack of Ice Silk pants seen on ad while playing a game called ****** July 13, 2026

I watched the tracking of the package over the course of nearly 3 weeks. The tracking number ************* was supposed to be China Post but is a fraudulent number as it does not end in CN.

On August 2, 2026 the tracking changed to Delivered. I never received the package. After an extra day to see if it would show up, I contacted the customer service listed on the threadtoniction.com website and said my package never arrived. They responded that it had and I should ask my neighbors if they had it. We went back and forth three times with my saying it was not delivered and them saying it was. I then googled threadtoniction and Damour Inc and saw this is a scam company. I have reported it to my bank but nothing has come of that.

Numerous online ads for 12 pairs of Stretch Active pants for $29.99. I purchased said pants on July 3, 2026 and the charge included shipping fees and shipping insurance for a total of $41.96. Their China Post tracking indicated that the pants were delivered on July 24, 2026, but they were not. I emailed them that I had not received the shipment and they told me that it was delivered. After several email exchanges, they stopped responding.

The advertisement was for 12 silk pants but you could order 6 which I did. When I checked to see why I hadn't received, I find out it is a different company name that charged my card - Damour, Inc. I did not realize the company was in China until I researched why I hadn't received my order. After looking at other reviews for this company I knew there was no reason to even try to contact them. Lesson well learned.

Purchased 7 pairs of pants for 29.98 from a company called threadtoniction the receipt added taxes and duty fees to make the total 41.00 and change. I have never received anything.
