Chanelle Jones and Marissa Simmons are offering short-term turnkey rentals to people for investment properties. They have a corporate lease contract on several of the units at The Artesian at Lake Wyndmere in The Woodlands, TX. I have been sending them monthly rents for my unit and recently discovered from property management that they have not been paying the leases for several months and all units are being evicted. The property manager has also informed me that Savy Business Group has not been in communication with them for several months to rectify the non-payment. When I reached out to them, they informed me that I was not allowed to contact property management and they were rectifying the issues, but that has been a total lie. They have cut all communication with everyone ran off with our funds and locked us out of the properties to retrieve our belongings. I have also learned today via email that this is also happening at another complex called The Beverly as well.
