I placed an order for the Ethiopian bible with this co April 4 2026. I received tracking info on April 6. Tracking from China. In may my first email was sent regarding not receiving it. I got a response a few days later on my order was in system but they couldnt update tracking info. They couldnt refund due to order still being active in system. Another email weeks later i am told supplier issues but orders will be fullfilled. As of today June 30 2026. Still cant refund and no tracking that goes anywhere beyond initial tracking number

I ordered 2 Ethiopian bibles, March 31st. They came with 3 additional gifts. I paid for them by credit card. I was told I would receive the items within 7 to 10 days. I contacted them by email in April two times in May two times and now again in June and I still have not received any of the items that I paid for. Their response has been as follows.

I truly understand how frustrating this wait has been, and I want to thank you for your patience so far. Please bear with us a little longer—we are committed to ensuring your Ethiopian Bible reaches you. While there have been delays, I assure you that your order remains a priority.

Your trust means a great deal, and I appreciate you giving us the chance to make this right.

I have asked them to cancel my order and refund my credit card which they have refused to do. They just keep making empty promises that my product is on its way.

They are claiming to have Ethiopian Bibles for sale. You order one, receive a tracking number and never receive the Bible.

I was on line with The Living Word to order a bible. was told it would ship within 4-7 days. I ordered it on 4-3-26. I have repeatedly e-mailed and attempted to phone company for refund or my product. They keep telling me it is on the way, (no way to track it) and will not refund my money. I want either my money back or my purchase. I am not the only one. After I posted on Facebook what is happening, other people responded with same problem. Please help, these people took an older woman's money and gave me nothing in return. thank you **** ****

Ordered a bible from this company on April *, 2026. As today May 18, 2026 I still haven't received. Contacted the company via email and get an automated response saying its being processed.

I ordered the Ethiopian Bible from thelivingword.shop website back on March 16. As of today May 13, I still have not received it. I've emailed them several times at [email protected] and every time they've responded saying they're sorry it's taking so long but never solving the real issue. They gave me a tracking number that shows it arrived at its destination in Hangzhou which I assume is China, nowhere near the US.
