I was looking for a particular tie that was sold out on Amazon and came across this online company that claims to be a boutique in Hawaii. I ordered and paid extra for 3 day priority shipping. A confirmation was emailed to me but the tie never came and my attempts to contact the company have produced nothing. I responded to the email I went back to the website to fill in the "contact us" box but zero attempts to respond, troubleshoot, explain or reimburse have been made.
