I purchased a Fender guitar clock off an ad I saw on Facebook. I placed an order (order #***) on their website on 10/6/16 and was charged. As of 12/29/16 I have no product and the company has stopped responding. There is no update on tracking since 12/21/16. The website says it comes from Connecticut but the USPS tracking says Ukraine.

Upon researching, there are two emails for [email protected] and [email protected]

Advertised on Facebook an Elvis Presley cut out made from an LP album. I paid for it on October 6th. As of today, December 4th, and numerous emails, I still haven't received it. I am furious! They won't refund my money. They are scammers! I was scammed! What can I do?

I purchased a clock as a present for my husband, and it was taking a long time, so I e-mailed them about it, and they have the exact same responses everytime. I found them as an adveritised shop via Facebook. I looked them up and it seems others have had this issue as well. Never receiving the items they purchased, and only getting frustrating responses. They are ripping people off $60.00 at a time and causing a lot of frustration. Please investigate them. They look legit at first, and there initial response seems ok, until you realize it's never coming, and they will only say the same thing again. Thank you.
