I tried to buy glasses over two month ago. Never received a tracking number or shipping notice. Sent 3 emails with no reply. I called 386-280-1375, the number on the website, and it says call rejected and hangs up. My total value lost. is $24.97. . its really not about the money more or less its about the principal of the thing people are going though hard enough times than to get rip off for a pair of glasses smh

No further information was provided.
The company is a scam. And needs to be removed from Facebook so no further people gets scammed! I am so disgusted as this was a Birthday Present. Trying to get a refund but nothing is happening.

I ordered on April 19, 2021 a Smart Swim Trainer, price $31.98. I never received a tracking number as promised. I have emailed and called many times and I have received no reply back from emails or calls. I am going to contact my bank to see what options I have.

TrendHarbor apparently is no longer in business. I ordered an item almost 2 weeks ago and, never seeing any movement on it, decided to inquire with contact info on my order confirmation...No response. Went to website and used their "Contact Us" form...No response.

Looked them up in Wilmington Delaware Better Business Bureau and the site reported no company could be found so I expanded it to national. Nothing. All of their social media was last updated in 2017 and, when I dug a little deeper I discovered on squadhelp.com that the website is for sale.

I don't mind losing the $40 as much as I wonder if it was some Asian setup in which scammers now have my money. Guess I'll watch my statements for a while.

I purchased a Baby Yoda on December 14th, 2020. I have still not received. I have left numerous voicemails and sent many emails to which I have received zero response. I finally received a tracking # February 1st , however it is untraceable as it is a China Post. Which would we another issue of fraud, as their phone #is a Florida # and on their website they do not disclose that their products ship from China! Full on SCAM!

I ordered something in December for my son. After emailing them in mid January 2021 I was given a tracking number, they had just "shipped" it. It arrived in Canada in my province on the February 3rd. It has yet to leave that depot and we are the 20th of February today. Total scam!

This site is a complete scam. I haven’t gotten anything in nearly two months! I got a response from them one time and the response was, “we will try and get you a working tracking number.” Like what does that even mean. A package can only have one tracking number. Of course I never heard back! I’m out of $36! I’m disgusted.
