I had ordered a smart swim trainer which is a mini floaty for my son, I had made the purchase for the float for 29.97 on April 13, 2021 I had never received the package although it had notified me it shipped out I had emailed the [email protected] but never received a response till I decided to make a report now

Order number 20278, placed order for 2 minibox hd projectors. Order confirmation email received on June 17 promising priority shipping but never received and no response in email. Order was placed through Facebook advertisement on the sellers Facebook page with a link.

When I attempted to order the infant swimmer trainer it did not accept my billing address on my debt card...but then they put 'pending' on my debt card, TWICE, and took 24.97$ twice out of my account !

I kept getting ad on Facebook about this swim trainers for babies . So I ordered one more then a month ago (19 April)Never got it. It’s marked shipped since more then 3 weeks . The email they have as costumer service is a random gmail type of email ([email protected]) and no one answered .
I went on the website and now it says that they are closed because of COVID 19. Up to couple of weeks ago you could still access the website.
Even if they state that they closed the ads are still going on Facebook.
This is a total scam

How are you close and the world is opening back up! They are the only company closed while the rest of the companies are open are trying to get business back booming.

I ordered two floats on April 19th and never received a tracking number. But the money was take. Out of my bank account for $80. I have sent multiple emails and tried to call. This is not right

I ordered the "Lifelike Baby Yoda" they advertised back in December (2020). I waited and waited , but never got my order. I attempted to contact them several times and got NO response. The order , eventually , said "shipped" , but still never got it and there was never a tracking number or any shipping details. This place is a scam and I have , recently , disputed the transaction with my bank. I have also spoken to the Shop app , who allows you to track thru them , and they were no help either.

This company is a scam. I have never received my order. Have tried to call and sent several emails with no response. Invoice says ordered shipment can be tracked. But provides no tracking number. Website says 30 day guarantee refund. But can’t reach anyone.
