Throughout the two years I worked with them, They lied to me and up sold constantly. I ended up giving them nearly 50k and have little to nothing to show for it. I paid for an app that barley works, and a sloppy website. When I told them what to fix they ghosted me. I've also met up a few other victims of the suitch so they are definitely not reputable at all

I hired a company to help create an APP. The company that stood out was a company called The Suitch. They provided a lot of details and even went as far as to create the Logo, a test pilot APP icon with details. Then no more emails or phone calls were returned.

When did you work with The Suitch?

This exact experience happened with me same amount of money too 😡

Greetings, below is the specific timeline of my engagement with The Suitch. To this day, the mobile app is not completed. And always receive a habit of being told, "I will get on this right away". That comment was made on 02/28/2023. Haven't heard from them again. On 05/24/2022, a company named ****** *************** introduced me to "The Suitch" as a reputable company to assist in mobile app development. On 06/06/2022---I had a scheduled online meeting with Sean and Ross at The Suitch to explain **** project which needed some tweaking with the modules, Firebase and Android Studio were established, source codes completed and needed to post app on Google Playstore and Apple, which were established and paid. 06/07/2022-- I received a work agreement document from The Suitch 07/19/2022-- I received a work agreement document from The Suitch 07/21/2022--I received a work agreement document from The Suitch 07/22/2022---I sent Levi Young questions of terms and conditions in the agreement and was assured **** will be published on Google Playstore, Apple while using Firebase 07/22/2022--I received another work agreement from The Suitch and payment of $1,000 was paid 07/25/2022--Thereafter, I started communicating mainly with Jeff Stay 08/09/2022---Jeff provided a web transfer link to upload all of **** source codes to access Android Studio and **** images of the modules 09/06/2022- Jeff acknowledged Apple and Google Playstore access had expired because his team inability to complete simple tasks, while creating new functionality issues with **** 10/2022--******** account was already established and the issue wasn't ********, indeed one time ******** confused the meeting time zone but was willing to engage via email to solve the problem The Suitch team claimed they experienced, yet it wasn't a common problem with ******** whom is an international merchant. As a result, I decided to use another payment merchant, which was recommended by Jeff. Now it is the end of March of 2023 and **** mobile app is STILL not legally and properly developed properly. The company had reneged on their contract. I file a complaint with ScamPulse.com whom informed according to their research the company is not traceable and online information seems suspect. Suggested I seek assistance from my Bank, whom is ***** to report fraud. I had alerted ***** back in December 2022, instead of the claims department didn't transfer this case to the fraud department, they kept processing it as I agreed to send payments and disregard my request. To this day, the scammer had access to my mobile app data profile, Google Firebase and Google business information.

Since 05/16/2022 until 12/28/2022= 7 months, the initial introduction of the scammed company was through the ****** company, whom introduced me to "The Suitch" to complete the development of my company's mobile app (****) by making few modifications in two weeks. Only to discovered, they intentionally prolonged the process to make certain it was too late to request funds back from my bank, Chase, although ***** is fully aware I have been scammed via written proof of documents from The Suitch and myself. Below is the letter I had sent to The Suitch and **** because something very suspect was going on.

Please be informed that it going on 8 months and **** simple mobile app has NOT been completed. Let's bear in mind, this is NOT a mobile app developed from scratch. All built codes, mainframes, mobile images, Firebase established account etc was provided to "The Suitch". The modules needed tweaking/modifications/corrections and published on Google and Apple as agreed in two weeks.

Current status, **** Firebase account constantly remains vulnerable for attackers, per Google emails I receive every day and shared with applicable parties with "The Suitch". Whenever **** app appears to make progress another functionality becomes dysfunction.

Now the question becomes, are you guys legitimate companies / company / individuals? Someone is NOT HONEST about their business and or skills. I am a professional project manager who engages in IT projects often and have worked with outsourced, remote and onsite teams on complicated technology projects. I have not ever witness supposedly experienced IT personnel inability to complete a simple mobile app development such as ****.

This is absolutely horrible. Money squandered with registering with Google Play Store, Apple, and generating revenue from **** mobile app. Something is extremely inappropriate and suspect regarding all parties involved.

I want a fully function mobile app by the end of December 2022 or a full refund.

If either of the above can't be produced, I'll seek a refund in another matter while sharing awareness of my experiences from the beginning to this end with all parties involved.

I AM NOT PLAYING ANYMORE GAMES AND NOT INTERESTED IN ANYMORE EXCUSE.

I received a credit on my account by ***** because they acknowledged wrong doing. Then on 01/26/2023 ***** decided to give the scammers my money because they claimed it had passed 60 days of notifying them.
