Ordered Ethiopian bible on March 12th 2026. Waited for 2 months and contacted company enquiring about my order after many attempts of using order # and tracking # and getting responses of no tracking # found. Company was contacted multiple times and their response was please be patient we have experienced delays due to the amount of orders for this item. Then it was we had to look for a new supplier since our original supplier no longer is with us. Please be patient. Then it was we know it is taking longer than expected thank you for being patient. I am extremely upset that all my pleas for a refund has been ignored and refused.

It's been 6 months now and still no bible or no refund.

The Living Word website sold copies of The Ethiopian Bible. I purchased a copy in March 2026 and never received it. I contacted the company by email and was told in May 2026 that they had problems with their supplier and asked me to be patient. In August I asked for a refund and they told me they had processed by refund. I never received a refund.

I purchased a copy of The Living Word Bible, supposedly all 88 books of the Ethiopian Bible. I received my order, but now a month later, I notice a second charge on my account from this company for $39.99. I emailed support and they said it is for a subscription service. I never signed up for any subscription service and have the order details to prove it.

I ordered a bible and it never shipped, contacted customer service and they are sooo apologetic but no refund sent they say it has been sent and then later say it was unsuccessful. I have reported this company several ways.

I ordered an Ethiopian Bible on March 22, 2026 for $49.95 to be delivered in 5 days. On March 23, 2026 the amount was taken from my Credit Card. I made contact with the company (The Living Word) by email at [email protected] several times. I finally told them that if I did not hear from them regarding this matter by the 18 of May, I was going to turn it over to my bank and this site, which I am doing and have done. I then notified them to cancel this order and refund my purchase price. I also then, went into TrustPilot and found many many more folks that the same thing has happened too.
