Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

Scammed

I went on their website and seen that they were doing a new year event sale for pokemon. So I went on and bought pokemon evolving skies for a total of $54-55. They said they didn't charge s&h because they were popular product and even after getting it paid, still didn't charge s&h. So I want almost 2 or 3 weeks to get them and they finally came. Come to find out they were not real and that they were replicas and never was mentioned they were gonna be replicas. So I contacted them to let them know and they said another company makes them for them and they sent them to me. I asked if I could get my refund back because they were pretty much fake. Can't be used or traded and they said they'll only give me half my refund and subtract shipping and handling costs and send me what left. But they never charged shipping and handling. So they just took out their own price and sent me what they wanted back. I only got 13 dollars back from 54-55 bucks. They ripped me off and I feel like they scammed me

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Contacted the business via email listed, online forum, and phone number listed several times to inquire on the status of my order. The company uses an internal courier tracking and even though the tracking stated delivered - I never received the package. The company refuses to provide courier company information. I submitted a dispute and the company aggressively demanded via email to tell my bank to cancel the dispute. Instead of escalating to a customer service to determine how to address the problem the company continuously name calls the customer and harasses via email, which can be easily blocked.
