We have never heard of this company and, in fact, have never been to Texas. This company somehow obtained our information and sent us a letter naming a physician we have never heard of regarding an ordered test and its results. I called them, and they could not explain how they obtained our information. I also emailed them, and they did not reply. This company appears to be scamming people and potentially indulging in billing and/or insurance fraud. Beware of these scammers.

A letter was received stating supposed results of a cheek swab genetic test for Metabolic Myopothy and Rhabdomyolysis supposedly ordered 1 year ago 7-30-2024 by a local nephrologist not known to the victim but using the victim's name, address, and date of birth.
