Dear sir / madam ,
I would like to inform you about a fraud regarding Facebook support service. An unknown person called using the telephone number (855)-554-3507 and made a claim to assist with any issues with hacked Facebook accounts. He led me to an unreliable website under the heading “What are you supposed to do if you get hacked on…” The person tried to make me provide confidential details.

This is a kind of fraud that may cause harm to other people too. I would like to ask for the proper measures to be taken regarding this issue.

Thank you for your time.
Sincerely ,
Robert Davis

Hello ,
Dear sir / Madam ,

My intention is to notify you about a fraud case that happened because of people who pretend to be AT&T customer support services. There was a web page called “Outlook Support - Parking Professional on Parking Network,” where the phone number, 844-886-3118, appeared as their customer support service phone number. Thinking it was true, I made a call and got conned by the person who pretended to be their customer support representative. He asked for confidential information and money under the pretext of helping me out.

It seems like it is a case of fraud using the brand name of AT&T for deceiving customers.

Thank you for giving attention to the issue.
sincerely ,
Sophia Walker

Dear sir/Madam ,

This is to report a fraud case whereby there was an impersonator of AT&T Customer Support. In trying to find information on how to recover my email account, I stumbled on an untruthful site that read “how to recover Roadrunner email.” On the page were listed contact numbers, one being 877-884-0693.

After dialing the number, I was fooled into believing that the caller was from AT&T and that he asked me for private information. The caller even tried to access my machine and charged me for his services. Later I discovered that it was a scam.

Kindly look into the matter.

sincerely ,
Ava Anderson

I'm writing to report a scam incident involving someone impersonating EarthLink support. The scammer used the phone number 888-449-9753 and falsely claimed issues related to AOL Mail, stating it may have been shut down to create urgency. They misled me into believing immediate action was required and attempted to extract sensitive information and payment.

This appears to be a fraudulent attempt to exploit users through misinformation. I request that this number and related activity be investigated to prevent further harm to others.

Sincerely ,
Mia young

I'm writing to complain about a scam that occurred in relation to a fake business that claims to be Guardio’s service. While looking for a guide named “Yandex Cancel Subscription Guide: Turn Off Auto-Renewal,” I found a telephone number 1-844-449-2721 offering its assistance. When contacting that number, an operator provided false statements saying he will help me cancel my subscription, thus demanding confidential information and money from me. Unfortunately, this turned out to be another scam.

Please look into this matter to stop scammers.

Sincerely ,
James Anderson

I would like to inform you about the fraud scheme using Guardio customer support. On the website named “Cancel Guardio Subscription – Simple Way to Stop”, I came across a phone number: 844-449-5670. The person who answered the call lied to me about helping with canceling my subscription, misleading and trying to gain access to confidential data and money from me.

The person was acting in an untruthful manner and creating panic to get something out of me.

It seems to me that it is a planned fraud activity under the guise of Guardio’s service.

Sincerely ,
William Smith

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to report a scam incident involving an individual posing as a Comcast representative. The scammer contacted me using the number 844-569-2268 and claimed to assist with an issue related to accessing funds on Cash App. They directed me to a misleading support page titled “How can I get my money off Cash App if they locked...” and convinced me to follow their instructions. As a result, I was deceived and suffered financial loss. The individual used deceptive tactics and false promises of recovery assistance.

I kindly request that this matter be investigated, and appropriate action be taken to prevent further fraud.

sincerely ,

Respected sir / Madam ,

I would like to report a fraudulent incident involving scammers impersonating McAfee services. While browsing online, I came across a page titled “How to Check Norton Subscription Status (2026)” that appeared legitimate and listed the contact number 844-530-2942. When I reached out, the representative falsely claimed my subscription had expired and required immediate renewal. They convinced me that the only available payment option was through Amazon gift cards.

Trusting their instructions, I followed the process, but later realized it was a scam. I request you to investigate this issue and take necessary steps to stop such fraudulent activities.

Sincerely ,

Respected Sir / Madam ,

I'm writing to report a scam incident involving someone impersonating McAfee support. I encountered a suspicious alert online claiming my device was infected and needed urgent assistance. The message directed me to call 888-599-0371. When I contacted the number, the individual convinced me that my security subscription had expired and insisted on immediate payment. Instead of standard payment methods, I was asked to purchase Amazon gift cards and share the codes. Realizing later that this was fraudulent, I stopped further communication. I request you to investigate this matter and take necessary action to prevent others from being targeted.

Sincerely,

We received a call telling us our IP address had been compromised/hacked by nearly 3000 overseas connections. For protection of all computers, smart phones, ipads, etc. they had to go in and remove all the malware, etc. Showed me online all the connections to be removed. To protect for the lifetime there was a charge of $400. They requested payment with a debit bank card. Included was new security and updated McAffy. This took place on 3/14. Other phone numbers given to contact direct were 747-224-6580 and 936-465-9848. Name: Sr.Tech Ronald, Network Engineer. Spoke to one other person. On the morning of 3/21 we received a call from our bank to see if we had authorized 3 payments of $441,$441 and $490 each. We had not. Received multiple calls from "scam tech" asking me to recover the stolen funds by going to purchase a gift card and money would be returned that way. I responded it didn't make sense and it was a scam I was going to report it to the bank and BBB. We stopped payment on bankcard and bank account. Recommended to shut down computer and unplug from further access. Had a geek squad clean computer. All malware, etc. cleaned and removed.
