Ordered online, never received, no contact available, no return email, no tracking, nothing, a GHOST!!!!!

A monthly subscription was added to my account without my knowledge. I went back through my emails, nowhere did it say I was paying for a monthly $39.99 subscription. On the website it does not state that you're paying for a $39.99 subscription every month, however, I'm grabbing screenshots for this. I do see underneath the very very bottom of the screen underneath all the reviews. There is a small rectangle with a box pre-checked and not extended about a book club. Nowhere does it stay anywhere else during the order about a book club and if you don't scroll all the way to the bottom and be looking for something you miss it like I did.

I ordered a book with 52 Bible topics to read through the Bible in one year. I paid $50.18 for that plus Bible book names as tabs to put on my Bible. I received everything in about 2 weeks. When reviewing my credit card statement I was charged again on June 15th, 2026 for $39.99. I did not order anything additional or any subscription monthly membership charges. I called the phone number listed on the credit card transaction but it was not answered and was eliminated from my phone. I lost $39.99. It was fraudulent.

I bought a Bible study and there was nothing about a subscription for 39.99 and I was charged for 3 months (April, May and June). There is nothing to subscribe to-no services or information or study group. It is all a hoax and there was no warning there would be this charge. I did pay $41.98 and received the study guide back on March 23, 2026. I called my bank and cancelled the debit card and went on the website and cancelled the "subscription." I do not trust these people with my card.

I ordered a book from their website on 5/7/26 for $40. They have since charged my credit card twice in an amount totaling $63.89.

first charge for $23.90, second was for $39.99.

from what I have read after the charges are made, that this is a scam to charge a "subscription fee". I have tried calling them, and I am placed on hold forever.

Contacted my credit card company to dispute charges.

I received a notification from my bank of a charge for 39.99. Upon researching the charge, I learned others experienced something similar. I had no idea an account was created using my personal information at the time I purchased a study Bible. This 39.99 is apparently linked to a subscription that was not part of my order nor on my receipt and it was not authorized. I will be disputing this charge.

Purchased Bible study guide, which turns out to be a counterfeit copy of Spiral Bibles. After initial purchase, company charges monthly subscription fee of $39.99 although there was no subscription included, or even mention of one.

I purchased a book and paid for it and received it. Then this month I see a charge from them for $39.99. I contacted them and they said it was a discount membership fee?? I NEVER signed up and somewhere in purchasing a book they slip in a membership and I (and other people) never see this. It is predatory and wrong and they need to be addressed regarding this. I see there are other complaints regarding this.

I ordered a study bible which I never received, and they started charging a $39.99 monthly fee. I cancelled it. Hopefully it's not too late and they will not charge me the $39.99.
