I received an Instagram advertisement about a Taima titanium pan for sale and I purchased it for $202 (approx what I saw for sale on ****** and other websites). I made the purchase on June 14, 2026 and it is August 14 and despite innumerable emails, No refund nor Pan has arrived. I believe their customer service is AI spam, as there has been no meaningful resolution of the issue.
