Claimed to be filing on behalf of Synchrony Bank as they had the rights to all JCPenny accounts now. Said they would sue but wanted to reach an agreement. Case # 23-33930 civil suit out of Anchorage Grove County Court (Alaska doesn't have counties, no such thing as Anchorage Grove Court either). Initially gave wrong last 4 of social, realized I'm a Jr. and all of a sudden had the right last four. Had my full social somehow and address as well. Good times. Was pretty good communication wise, spoke english, no accent. Used the name Tiffany Wayne. Told her I didn't need to settle and will go to court. Enjoyed wasting her 20 minutes of time.
