I received a letter November 7, 2022 from North American Financial stating that I was a winner in the "North America Consumer Promotion Draw". I am entitled to the of $250,000.00. A check was enclosed for the sum of $2,675.50. but I had to pay a processing fee and insurance fee of $2000.00 before the lump sum winning can be sent to me. I have to call claims agent James Skinner 1-800-419-2235 before I can act on the letter. I am attaching a copy of the letter, check and envelope.
