I requested a refund and was told that return shipping would cost more than what I originally paid for the products. While the emails from [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) were polite, their resolution was not. They initially offered only $6 back on an almost $40 purchase. After a month of back-and-forth emails, their “final” offer was $9.
I declined and countered with a very reasonable request for a $15 refund (essentially splitting the difference, minus shipping), but they refused.
Now, when I attempt to visit their website, it is flagged by my security software as fraudulent and warns that the site may be attempting to steal financial information.
If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would give. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

[email protected]. Total scam. Do not buy root coverup off of TicTok, Instagram, or Facebook from this company. I would not have bought in the first place if I knew company was out of China. Waste of money
