website for ED medicine ,made payment credit card company informed me it was a Scam. Scammer was denied payment then tried again and got payment. It took me 2 hours trying to contact credit card company just kept putting me on hold. Credit Card Company suggested I report this, they have had numerous complaints on this Scam Group.

Mounja Burn ordered 12/1/24. Changed mind called Cart Panda said I couldn’t get a refund till I received it. Received 12/19/24. Returned priority mail with tracking # unopened. Waited till it was picked up 12/26/24. Called Cart Panda 866 637-2482 after much run around I was offered $220.20 of my $314.58. I took it and it was returned and informed them I would be contacting PayPal and the BBB. I filed a dispute with Pay pal since the advertisement stated 60 day iron clad money back guarantee no questions asked. I’m waiting for the outcome of the dispute it will be resolved by 1/20/25.

Very disappointing how it was handled on the part of Cart Panda unprofessional and when asked to speak to a supervisor was told they weren’t there and it wouldn’t mater the outcome would be the same.

False advertising and since I returned the 6 bottles unopened they can re sell them and scam someone else.

Cart Panda should not be used under any circumstances.
