I ordered cordless battery operated ratchet set of two. They sent me a manual ratchet kit. When I emailed them about the problem, they said order is delivered. I emailed again they still responded same. After the third email they said if you don’t like it than gift it to a friend, because it will cost you a lot more money to return it.
