This was a new start-up company backed by Buzzfeed and other big news outlets. About 3 years ago, Sunny Period accepted pre-orders for an unfinished product. They were keeping customers up to date until about a year ago when their production halted. Since, they have offered a refund form but given NO REFUNDS. They will not contact anyone and have turned all comments on their social pages off. There is currently no way to reach them for a refund and no number to call.
