After more than 15 emails demanding they cancel and refund my prefer because it never arrived, they continued to lie and say it already shipped. I asked for a tracking number which showed it never shipped. I finally asked PayPal to step in and help me get my money back. They were forced to give me partial payment back then sent an email saying they could refund me till I cancelled my complaint with PayPal.
