Kathy Maloney contacted me via [email protected] to my personal icloud email on July 18, 2024 @ 7:47am EST about an "Account Manager Remote Administrative Assistant" position with Structure Therapeutics and that I had to choose an interview time. Which I did on July 19, 2024 @ 9:00am EST. After completing the interview I was instructed to download https://www.flock.com (http;//structuretherapeutics.flock.com) and create an account. This account allowed me to chat directly with Kathy Maloney and as well as via email at [email protected]. Through that portal I completed the online interview assessment and was hired. They sent me two offer letters via email on 7/19/24 and 7/20/22 that was provided to me by [email protected] by the name of Yu K. Director, Human Resources. Monday July 22, 2024 was my first day of training. I completed an assessment and emailed that back to Human Resources. Later on that day around 12:14pm EST I was emailed that I completed my assessment and would be compensated $100.00 bonus that would be on my finance check. Kathy Maloney emailed me my onboarding paperwork and I completed my I-9 and sent over my drivers license and my birth certificate. Things started to get leery after 6:17pm EST Kathy Maloney emailed me my start up check approved by Structure Therapeutics Check of $3,500.00. I was instructed to print this check out and cut the edges and deposit this via mobile banking. I did not do this as I did not feel comfortable and I knew that this was a scam. I am not sure what else can be done or who else I can report this scam to. I did find Kathy Maloney on https://www.linkedin.com/in/kathy-maloney-2a0b774?trk=people-guest_people_search...⇄ they are trying to act like this lady.

The same exact thing happened to me with this “lady.” The spelling of the email address was incorrect, which was a red flag for me.
