Took my money never received item

I placed an order on 11/26/25. To this date I never received my items. I emailed them they said my items were shipped. I reached out again to tell them I still have not received the items. I did not
Hear back from them for 3 days when their site says they get back to you the same day.Today someone got back to me and basically said too bad it says it was delivered. When I asked for a tracking number they said it does have one. But today told me it says delivered! There’s no
tracking. I was scammed out of money from this company.

I purchased a piece just under $17, and the item was never received. I contacted them on 3 different occasions, only to go unanswered until I filed a claim with my credit card company, to which they responded I had received the item, and I needed to check my tracking number for proof. The USPS explained that the tracking number did not match the address on file. This morning, I received a very unprofessional, threatning type email from this so-called company which has now prompted this review. Beware and do not order from this "company"

Wrong Order - NO response

I made an online purchase and was sent the wrong item. I made 5 attempts to reach them (via email and phone) and never received a response! So i am stuck with an item i didnt order. I am very disappointed in this company as i purchased the item to complete a Christmas gift for a cancer patient. I will never order from them again!

I placed an order and was sent a tracking number. I noticed several days later that when I tried to track it it only showed that a shipping label had been created. I sent Sports Jewelry Pro Shop an e-mail inquiring about my order. They responded and said that the order had been shipped and that I must have provided an invalid address. The address I provided was my work address - a business address that they even confirmed. Then they said they would have one resent but if it was not deliverable they would not send a third. I gave them my home address to send it to for the reshipment and asked for an updated tracking number. They never sent me a tracking number and I never received the product so I sent them another e-mail to which they threatened me with charges saying "Your order has already been reshipped but due to the recent chargeback, the cost will be sent to collections and any fees and penalties will also be added to that total along with the cost of the original order that has not been returned back to us due to an incorrect/invalid address that you provided." The card I used for the original purchase was charged for the original purchase. I cancelled my card so they could not charge me any of the additional charges they threatened. Complete scam!
