About the job:
We are looking for a remote 40 hours per week Customer Service/Administrative assistant.
Compensation: $41/hr
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
•Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
•Update customer information in a database.
•Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
•Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
•Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
•Search for and investigate information contained in files.
•Perform regular database backups to secure data.
•Input text-based and numerical information from source documents.
•Provide occasional administrative support..
Complete other tasks and projects as assigned.
You can choose to work from anywhere of your choice, the pay is $41/hr.
You will be paid weekly via the bank account you have registered with payroll.
You will be required to enroll your bank account for payroll functions (such as:
disbursements of your pay, bonuses, and incentives.) You will learn more about this
from your interview manager as you proceed.
