I ordered sorel boots fromm an "outlet store" After not recieving and the tracking number on my order history not pulling up anywhere I contacted the store. Sorel told me there is no outlet store. This company that said they are a sorel outlet does not have a phone number to contact and their physical address is the sorel store in Portland, Says they ship from China which I thought was odd. After many emails I reported it to my card for fraud. I got refunded from my bank but As soon as I done that I coinsidentally got a package in the mail of something I never ordered. They finally messaged me and said I recieved the package and my money was taken back out of my account. Upon further investiagtion I saw the order number of the boots is on the package I recieved which is a gift bag and a scarf of some sort. They are taking people's money and sending junk out to say they received it. Please stop this from happening.
