Tried to purchase knee braces and was told 5 to 7 days delivery. Ordered October 10 2026, still have not received October 27. Only contact made is by email, told they have no phone and I have requested refund for a week now only to be told package is out for delivery and it is not. Then received package is returned to warehouse because my address does not exist.
