On jan 7 I place an order for a mirror sign for my business. After 2 weeks I sent a email because I didn’t get a confirmation email that my order was shipped. At that time they said it was enroute and if I didn’t get it in 10 day to reach back out. And I did to then be told I didn’t put the Text in my order. I then asked for a contact number and a refund. Because they could told me that the first communication. They totaled ignore I wante a refund and told be. Yes we see the Text now and it would be top Priority to get the sign to me ASAP. That was end of February again. I requested my money back and also told them I was going to report them as a scam

Ordered a custon led mirror on Dec 4,25. Tracking number doesn't exist. Customer service is automated and script never changes. Phone does not work!

Huge scam!!
