Website offered a BOGO sale of calming pet beds. I purchased 1 pet bed and getting one free on 1/26/2021. I have yet to see tracking information over 1 month later. Website no longer works. No one responds to emails or messages.

I ordered a dog bed on February 14, 2021. After numerous emails and phone calls, I could not get any response. Somehow I also emailed a company called snugglepets,co,uk and they informed me that I had gotten scammed by officialsnugglepets.com which no longer exists...Facebook and Shopify need to vet their merchants better.

Ordered from them on 26 Jan 2022. Up to date 2 MO this later still no product or answer on multiple emails send. Official snuggle pets original website gone and now snuggle paws. This is a real scam and they should be investigated and brought to justice.

I also ordered the beds on Jan uary12th 2021 on their BOGO AD. I emailed then or about Feb 28th about not receiving the beds yet. They replied, they were being delayed by Covid. A convenient excuse. I tried to contact them again today, but all the links no longer exist. I am out about $140. They say Snuggle Paws is the same company, with a name change, is this true?. What recourse do I have.

Same! I am so upset. I ordered two beds on 11th Feb 2021 and began to think that I hadn't ordered them. I have tried to contact them with no response. It's a scam. I rang my bank and can lodge a dispute with Visa re the transaction but it doesn't guarantee a refund. However I feel if other people do this it might alert someone to these "dodgy" people.

I ordered two beds under the BOGO cause I saw their advertisement on Facebook and have not received them. I sent them an email asking them about my order and received no response. Today I tried to go into their website and it says "This Store is unavailable" I can't contact them anymore cause there is no phone number to call either. I never received the beds I order which is unfortunate. This is a total scam and I don't know how to get my money back.

Ordered dog beds on February 13 and never shipped. In late March, I tried to contact the business only to find the website is shut down and they are not responsive to emails. The company phone is busy/disconnected.

I purchased two beds on a BOGO on 02/11/21. I have never received an email or the the beds, but the money sure came out of my account right away! I was second guessing myself if I had actually ordered them, so I checked my bank statement, and yes, I did, as I thought. I have friends who have these for their pets, and they love ❤️ them. Didn’t think I would be scammed, should have known, since it was taking so long to get here.

I purchased two 4xl comfy calm dog beds on Feb. 13. 2021 and have not received any product. I have the original email from them telling me that my order is getting ready for shipment and once it is shipped they will notify me with further information. I have not received any other information. I have sent emails with no response. Very frustrating in today's world when we are depending on online ordering for the majority of our products.

February 9th 2021 order placed. Still no product, no return email from their 'support' people, and no refund. Shopify should be held accountable for hosting the company and transaction. The credit card company has been notified of this fraudulent transaction.
