Ordered 2 pet beds, order #9246. I have never received beds. Sent several emails with just an automatic reply saying someone will get back to me. Today when I click the link it is not valid. So disappointing. Last time I order anything from Facebook.

I placed an order for two dog beds on 2/11/21 and have never received them. (Order #10852). I have sent emails and get replies that a rep will call me back but it never happens. I guess I lost that money! Stupid scammers! Anything we can do?

I ordered the bogo on February 2 2021 I have emailed several times. No reply other the. The automated response that someone will contact me within 24/48 hours. No one ever contacts you. That is just wasted money. I have ask for refund, updates anything. But no reply. This is just a scam. Someone got away with a lot of our money.

February 2, 2021 order, here it is April 13, 2021, no word and links do not work! My advice, Facebook should stop censoring and crack down on these scammers! Put your money where your mouth is Zuckerberg! I will NEVER order ANYTHING through their ads again!

I have the same complaint as everyone here. I ordered the BOGO for the 2 beds in January and never received the beds! It's really frustrating that you cannot get in touch with anyone from this company and I'm really mad that the website was shut down. Isn't there any way to find who ran this scam? He/she should be charged with Fraud.

Now, the links don’t even work to track or go to their website. What a scam. How do we get our money back?
