I placed an order for Slumberlee Baby Sleep Cream on October 5, 2026, and selected Standard International shipping, advertised as taking 3–5 business days. As of today, I have not received my product.

On October 14, I emailed to inquire about my order and was told, "We are sorry for the delay. Due to high demand, production slows down, but rest assured your order will be shipped out soon."

I subsequently requested a refund on October 22 and followed up again on October 23 and October 26. None of my refund requests have received a response and they attempted to charge my credit card again 10/29/26 for 9.00 more than the original purchase (and still no product)
