This is a jewelry subscription company pretending to be high-end jewelry with fake claims that they are sponsored by Beauty magazines like "Cosmopolitan" and "Elle". I signed up for the ambassador program thinking I was going to get good jewelry at a low cost however the jewelry falls apart. To cancel this membership, I had to continue to email the company multiple times, and I got a response from them twice, which took them days to respond. There is no contact information on the website and once I finally found an email to get ahold of them it tooks days to get anything resolved and it seemed like I was getting AI like responses.

They have you sign up to recieve a jewelry box once a month and then just never send the jewelry, i tried contacting them multiple times to see when it would be sent but they never respond or reach out to rectify the oroblem

I was unaware they'd put three subscriptions under my email. I cancelled one subscription assuming I only had the one.

This month I was charged for two orders that totalled to almost $50 AUD.
I contacted them asking them to cancel the orders because I didn't make them, and they said they couldn't because it was already sent for processing and manufacturing.

I refuted by saying I paid the shipping fee, thus it shouldn't matter if the jewellery was already being 'made'. Plus, from previous emails from last month, it was inferred that they had excess jewellery manufactured ready for shipping, which i pointed out, which they also ignored.

Throughout my emails I stayed polite and tried to be understanding, however I did not receive the same treatment.
They were not willing to give me a refund despite it complying with their refund policy, which I also referrenced to in my emails.

Double charged.

Thru double charged me, I thought it was odd. When I tried to contact them it took 48 hours to get an email. They sent 4 within 2 minutes. 2 explaining that this was something they warned me of and it was expected. To which I responded, I never authorized a second charge. 1 other was something like "did you not like getting our free jewelry?" Where they tried to convince me to just "enjoy it, it's more free jewelry" it's 14.99 a box so I was charged another 14.99 writing 2 days of the last charge for some extra jewelry I didn't even want. The last email said well we canceled your subscription anyways. Okay? Then I get a 5th email. The next day, they said "just enjoy it, this is gunna be Happening. Just enjoy it." I told them Iso me by subscription was canceled I expect no further charges. I do not authorize any more and I never authorized the second charge for this month. I had to get my bank involved and they gave me a credit for the money lost since the company wouldn't just refund me my money. I also cannot find anywhere to remove my payment method. So now I need to call my bank back and see if I can put a stop charge on further attempts by this company.

Slide Jewelry approached me to represent their company as a brand ambassador. They were supposed to send me beautiful gold jewelry to advertise and I got cheap silver chains in a plastic bag that have no jewels on them. They continued to take money from my debit card and there is no way to disconnect my payment information from their website.
