Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a pair of women’s Nike Dunk Disrupt 2 from this horrible website, although I should’ve known better. Their price was $150 versus $300+ on other sites. First, it took over a month to get my package. The shoes were for my daughter and they didn’t fit, so I emailed the company. They asked for pics to make sure the correct size was sent and that they weren’t worn. After verifying this, they basically told me it would take over a month for them to receive the shoes and send out a new pair, then offered me 25% off on my next pair. I told them I wanted a refund or exchange. After emailing back and forth, they proposed a deal where I’d keep the shoes (that didn’t fit) and they’d give me a 50% discount. My reply this time wasn’t as nice and told them that was ridiculous and I want my money refunded. I’m currently waiting for a response from them. Do not purchase from this site and don’t let the lower prices fool you!

I ordered a pair of Nike Alphafly running shoes (I assume they are) in my usual size (US Women 10/EU 42) and they are way too large although they show the size I ordered (like 2 sizes too large). When i tried to get a refund, they first just wanted to give me % off a new order (really, why would I spend more money), then send me another pair for free (how would I know which size to order since the one they sent doesn't fit) and then required me to send the shoes to Vietnam to get them inspected and maybe issue a refund (although the website said for returns to send to the UK). It cost $70 to ship to Vietnam, which is half the value of the shoes. It's a total scam and really bad business. Now my options are to spend $70 to send to Vietnam and maybe get a refund (so could lose a lot even more money) or try to sell them myself, but no clue what size to list.
