I bought online with the option to one time purchase, clicked a box for that, somehow apparently "I got confused" and ended up subscribing even though I was careful to click one time purchase. I requested to cancel my order, stop shipping and refund me. They refused saying that they already had shipped my order (didn't order). So I requested to cancel "my subscription." This email was sent in May. Well, they sent me and charged me two more orders after I had already received an email confirming that they have cancelled my order/subscription. I needed to report this to my bank because they used the same argument that they had already shipped the order, which I did not order. This to me is not acceptable.
