I had put in an order for a promotion they were running and it gave me the promotion. It also had free shipping which I have in writing in an email and they are now saying the markteting graphic department made an error and they cant control how the receipts go out to the customers?? how can they legally send a receipt and also send an email and say its an error on there end and not honor it. this sounds like a scam and I cant find anything saying where they are located. One of the reason I hate ordering online from unknown company as this company seems to use to there advantage to scam there customers.
