My wife saw an ad on Instagram and asked me to purchase the Eleve Reformer by Siluet, palates machine for her birthday back in mid-February 2026. I executed a credit card purchase, and received an order confirmation email. I received another email in early March claiming that the product was "being crafted", and we could expect delivery within 4 - 6 weeks. We received another email in mid-March stating that the crafting process has been completed and the palates machine would be shipped soon. That was the last I heard from them. Total radio silence. I sent an email looking for a status through their website portal, and received no response. I emailed them by way of their email address and received no response. I called their customer service number and it seems to be disconnected. Finally, today 6/8/2026, initiated a dispute for the transaction and am attempting a charge-back action. I am hoping for the best.

There were instagram ads for a company called Siluet who offered "The Pilates Studio Experience in the Comfort of your Home." They claimed it was trusted daily by 1000+ moms. I ordered my reformer at a discount on Jan 4 for $1799.10 (originally $3000). The site looked legitimate, they had an instagram site, there was nothing to suggest this was a scam.

- Jan 10 I received an email they started production on my reformer.

- Jan 24 I received an email giving an update on the crafting.

- Feb 7 I received an email stating it was done crafting and entering scheduling.

And that was it. No more contact. I was busy traveling but when I got back to check in on this, I emailed Apr 29 to no response. I sent a message to them on instagram May 12 to no response. I did a search online and found hundreds of others have also sent money and never received their reformer. Since then the site has been taken down, but I still had it up in a browser and captured a screenshot of their website.

I ordered a Siluet reformer on December 1, 2025 and was promised delivery by the end of January 2026. This never happened. After numerous emails and two phone calls they have yet to deliver. After I requested a refund all communication from them stopped. Their phone number is now disconnected. Total scam.

I ordered a reformer for my wife and we never received our reformer. We have emailed several times and been told of delays. The last few emails have gone unanswered and their phone is no longer in service. I have emailed three times now asking for a refund and no response. I am now filing a dispute through my credit card company to attempt the refund.

I purchased the reformer in Jan 2026 of this year. They said it would take two months. In March I received notice after reaching out it would be delayed another month with no reason as to why. I have sent 3 emails this month with no response from the business. I called their number on their website; it has been disconnected. I am now attempting to get a refund. This company is a SCAM!!!

They advertised using HSA/FSA funds to purchase a high quality pilates reformer. I placed the order in January. I checked online and several customers waited months but eventually received it. The last email I received was on March 17th; since then, I haven't received a single response. My previous emails were all answered within 24 hours. I don't think they're even in business anymore. I think they over advertised and received more orders than they could fulfill. A lot of customers got their money back, but I haven't received any assistance with a refund or status update.
