Based on a social media ad, I purchased two sets of a product called, “Big Mouth Monster Onesie - Cozy Hooded Loungewear” as a gift from my grandchildren. They were never delivered. I requested a refund or delivery of product and never heard back.

Ordered fans via shopclovvy and then after weeks of not being able to deliver I get emails saying they are trying and how frustrating it is but nothing has been fixed and makes no sense. Ordered back in July.

I ordered fans from this company on June 30th. I never received them. I contacted them multiple times and they continued to give an excuse or they couldn’t refund me due to the items being en route. Now they’ve stopped responding.

Clovvy (color by number book & markers) the info that was on my bank statement where the money went .VSA PUR SHOPFURRIVO5706348264 TUCSON AZ ..date. 7/17/2026.. .. when I message them about this they do kinda answer back with IM SORRY FOR THE DELAY..AND THE AREA THEY SEND ME to shows it's in Charleston wv. Which has been there for over 2 weeks...I told them I wanted my money back,, no answer yet...

I saw several ads on Instagram and Facebook, I ordered the product, looked legit, After 1 month I am still waiting for the product I ordered to arrive. I have contacted more than once, they said it is shipping but can't provide any tracking info and said it is delayed due to high volume of orders.

advertisement online. I paid for products on their site on July 17th, 2026, they emailed me they had received my order followed shortly by another email that my order had shipped - both of these emails are from July 17th. It's now August 19th and I've not received my order, though I was informed the carrier is "having problems delivering" my order (the carrier is here in Los Angeles and they've been setting on my order for 7 days)

I've demanded a full refund and Clovvy is just making up excuses as to why they can't refund my money.

I placed my order. Never received tracking info until I asked about it. Everyday there's a useless update saying rerouted, package couldn't be delivered, or sorting error. Still have not received anything over a month later.

An add for an Adult coloring book with markers popped up on my instagram. I ordered it almost two months ago and emailed support and they sent me a link to look at the live shipment updates and it’s just a bunch “held at carrier depot” and “out for delivery”

I ordered a paint by number kit with markers. I waited for 3 weeks for it to arrive. Then contacted their support contact [email protected]. They gave a tracking number that I didn’t originally have. I have been looking daily and the updates say things like routed to the wrong area, delivery attempted, held for inspection, back at the facility. Clearly it is never going to arrive at my house as it is all fake.

I emailed them got a robot response kept waiting emailed again same bogus text back and forth 6 times the last 2 no response

I placed an order for a coloring book. Shipping was advertised as fast, 2 to 10 business days. It has now been a month and I have nothing. Tracking is minimal and it says attempted delivery failed and I have been home the entire time. Refusal by the company to provide any responses.
