Ordered bra took 30 days and was junk

I ordered a bra, it took nearly 30 days to receive & looked nothing like the advertisement outside the color. It was a piece of junk & offered none of the features that were promoted. I have been going back & forth with them for over a week now trying to get the return promised by the company & they are being impossible. They are only offering me a 20% refund (which I had to negotiate to get) and they want me to send it back to Vietnam. Oddly enough, it was only shipped to me from Chicago!

Purchased bra, received child's size, refund requires Vietnam return

Purchased a bra and they sent what looks like a child's size. When I requested a refund, they said it must be mailed to Vietnam, and it was a costly shipping cost. Here is what they sent: Option 1 – Full Refund with Return: If you prefer, you may return the items to our warehouse in Vietnam for a full refund. Please kindly note that international returns are usually costly, and the postage would be at your expense. Once we receive proof of return shipping, we will process your refund right away.
