I posted for some specific breeds of chicken eggs for a school hatch project. This person from Shipplustrack.com contacted me and offered to send them to me for $55 including shipping. (Screenshots available) After I paid via Zelle and provided my school address, they they sent me a shipping company and asked me to verify the information, which I did. At that time the shipment showed "on hold" pending an insurance payment. So, I contacted the shipper and asked why they did not tell me about the shipping charge. They apologized and offered to split it with me which I accepted. I sent my part to the shipping company as requested and then suddenly there was a problem with the shipper paying their part. I asked for a refund and now no communication.

The shipping company contact name was Viola Lapp and the phone 858-214-4936. I have screenshots of all my interactions.
