Above is the information I was able to gather about the scammer. The site they are using has since changed products they are "selling". I found the advertisement on Instagram for what was a pop-up camera. They used pictures with the "Polaroid" business name and try to advertise it as their camera. I went back to the site to copy the information and noticed it is now changed over to advertise clothes. When I bought what I thought was a camera and extra film, I was charged for the purchase. After a couple days I hadn't received shipping information so I reached out to the company saying I no longer wanted the item and wanted a refund. Then, they said it was shipped so I asked for shipping information. The next day the shipping information was on the tracking page but in Chinese writing with no ability to translate. After weeks of not receiving a delivery date or knowing who was delivering the package, I checked the tracking information page that suddenly said the package was delivered. I had been checking to the tracking page for updates and it always shoed the package in route and in China. I emailed the company again after Thanksgiving and they said it was delivered. I had been at home and the package was not delivered. Also, when I reach out to them, I get responses from different people with different emails from the company contact email. They said it wasn't their fault the package wasn't delivered and offered a refund that I haven't received. Now, I think they will be trying to steal my identity or steal additional money from me.
