I have been communicating with the organization since this order (for Chico's products) was placed in mid May, 2024, and was assured repeatedly over the months that it was in transit. I was notified by the tracking number given--AM351000780CN--that the package was delivered on June 14, 2024, but it was not seen or delivered to this address, which I have used since 1989. The "service" asked that I check with the Post Office, which I did, but they not only did not have the package, they could not bring up the tracking number, and told me it was not familiar to them. I filed a grievance with the Post Office, and sent yet another note to the Seasalt Cornwall "service" department, telling them this would be filed as well.

Saw an ad on Facebook for hey dude shoes, got a really good price for two pairs plus a bonus insulated mug. I received an email saying it was being sent from china and gave me a tracking number. When I go to the site of the courier it says my package is being held in customs. Been there for weeks. Looked up the real hey dude website where they provide a phone number to contact them when I went back to the scammers website they offer no phone number just an email info@ dmaftersales.vip scammers website is very similar to the real one.
