Ordered Skechers July 4th it is now September 9 still have not received them. Keep saying check with post office but won't give me a tracking number. SCAM for sure. Have written them several times, but never will they send a tracking number.

Basically I ordered online one of those just pop up on Facebook ads said FIGS Scrub Uniforms, I ordered and of course they charge my credit card right away with no communication at all, then after a month of waiting they said it's been delivered, but I did not receive the package. Since then every time I email goes to their automated response saying 'Please be patient they are investigating the where abouts of my parcel and will update as soon as they can . This company is a SCAM there is no communication from them after they got your money.

I bought a pair of sandals and slip on on June 7th 2025 and have been writing them since then always get responses give us 3 to 5 days we'll find out what happened then nothing else until I write again
