I purchased a swivel chair in October, and it still has not arrived. They do respond to my emails, but nothing concrete, just that the product is on its way. The tracking number provided has had no updates. It just says that the data has been sent to the shipper. I am afraid this is a scam.

I purchased a sensory swivel chair over 30 days ago and it never arrived. Their tracking number showed nothing and I believe this is a scam. No address no contact jnfo
