A high-quality recorded female voice, using a spoofed local number, prefix 304 and Wheeling, WV area asks if have some medical need. Within a second of me saying put me on your no call list, I am a federally listed do not call number" there is a disconnect. Seems as though the robocall is looking for "Yes" responses to continue its pitch.

I am disgusted the ScamPulse.com and regulators are not doing their job and shutting down these predators. These types of scams are multiplying. I don't know if the scammers were trying to take my money, they disconnected before it got that far. Their is a website for a Senior Care Authority business, I have no idea if this call and this website are connected

They won't stop calling me. Every day I get 3-4 calls a day from them. They call from different numbers consisting of 859-350-XXXX, even though I block each number I use. They just use a new number. When I answer it is a recording. I even went through the "qualification process" and answered no to all the questions on whether I was over 65, used a cane, was home alone and had family members worried about me. They still "qualified" me and moved me to a person....who I then explained that I was NOT in this category and asked to be removed AGAIN. It is awful. This company should get a HUGE lawsuit. I will participate FOR SURE.

I've been getting called by this number daily: +1 (847) 565-3496

It's a Robo call from Senior Care Authority. They call and a robo states "can you hear me?" DAILY from the same number I get called. I'm not even close to being a senior yet they call me in this service from them. It's a scam and the place needs to be shut down! Block this number: +1 (847) 565-3496

Received a call saying I was on a recorded line could I hear ok? I answered yes and they hung up. Once I retrieved the number I called back and a Joe answered said If I wanted to be removed from their list I could and asked if I wanted to(Again a yes and no question). Then went on and told about a cruise offer and asked if I was interested in participating in this .At this time I hung up. The same people have called when my wife was home (a Brooke both times) when she answered no they immediately hung up.

This company continues to call using multiple phone numbers. I continue to block numbers and they call back using a different number. I have asked to be removed form their calling list. They talk over me, they insist someone in my home qualifies for hearing aids even when told we do not require this service. I asked for more information like a company name and address and they continued to talk over me with their script. I informed them I was contacting the BBB and they immediately hung up.

These phone calls have become a nuisance and are disrupting me during weekends and business hours. The caller today stated they are located in Palm Harbor, FL but that is all the information he would give to me.

Caller identified himself as representing Senior Care Authority regarding a cruise. Short pause, then asked if I could hear him. I answered yes. I had seen on TV about this scam, but was caught off guard. I ended the conversation before he could get any more information except my "yes".

This phone call occurred on 5-15-17 at 10:10 am

got a call the lady said can you hear me I said yes then the phone got disconnected called back the number that was on my machine and it said Senior Care Authority it said something about a cruise or something like that

Person called from 512 308 3390 ... looking for someone/wrong number... followed by auto phone call from 512 859 3065 ... I am from "senior care authority" can you hear me? searching for me to speak and say yes. Call back to number with them saming thing

Caller says "this is name calling on a recorded line can you hear me?" I answered yes before I remembered the warning not sure what they can do with my response

Someone named "Joe" called telling me the phone call is being recorded and they are from the "Senior Care Authority" and were notified that someone in the house is having hearing problems. They asked "Is someone in your home having hearing problems?". It sounded like they wanted to record me saying the word "yes". I asked where their office is located and they said Palm Harbour, Florida. When I asked for their address they hung up.
