I attempted to purchase a mini projector for$9.95. It was advertised as a sale item. I put in my general information and payment to process the purchase. At checkout it stated $9.95 cdn. My card was then charged 3 times for a total of $217.55. I called my bank to lock my card and then I called the company directly. They stated I purchased a 6 month subscription at checkout and that it was non refundable. I explain that there was no subscription at checkout and I didn’t click such box. They stated they sent me a confirmation email where I confirmed the subscription. I haven't received one email from the company. I also screen recorded the whole purchase because it is a online purchase. I went over the video. There was no mention of a subscription and no box to tick. I also read their policy and it states I can cancel my order within 24 hours of purchase but they kept stating it was non refundable. I know have to wait for my bank to resolve it.
