Received e mail with offer to take a survey of CVS pharmacy and get a free gift with only the Shipping cost of $5.99 applied to a credit card. Chose the dustwiz vacuum. Looked up the dustwiz info and found that it's a scam. I called the 855.803.4243 # and was told that I'm subscribed to a monthly fee for something. Told them to cancel it ASAP, they gave me a cancelation # of C2857768 but the Original fee of $ 5.99 was not refunded. I called my credit card Co to place a freeze on my card. This has caused me so much anxiety and fear. I'm sorry I did this!

I got email from UPS about doin a survey for a free gift. I did it n it gave me list of free gifts to choose from. Mine was $9.99 for shipping.ive got screenshots of my email receipt confirmation, for proof. They charged me tht n extra $54. I cancelled my card n got a new one cause I thought someone stole my card info. Cause I didn't spend $54 on anything. My bank looked up the $54 charge on my card n there was a number connected. So I called n they said I had signed u for a monthly gift card subscription for there online store. They said they sent it to me in a email but I never got anything. They refused to refund me but cancelled my subscription. They said they couldn't refund me cause I filed a scam report with my bank. This happened in dec. N my bank did scam report n said they found no error asked for more proof ? but I can't send them screenshots of my email confirmation.
