I went onto my bank account app and realised some funds have been taken out of my account via direct debit , the total amount sums up to around 500 pound . I think i have tried to cancel this subscription in the past and to my knowledge i thought that was it , however they still continue to take money out and theres no way you can contact them because none of the information listed works.

I opted for a free trial of their service but they did not give it to me after that i tried cancelling but there is no way to do that after you created the account and when I checked my phone i saw they charged me multiple times and after i blocked my card they are still trying to

There are multiple people online with same experience. Just google SeekHD, its the first result that comes up. They promote a reverse search tool to research phone numbers. But they scam you after free trial. They keep charging bank account. They won't cancel your account even after trying to contact them multiple times. They even "confirm" that its canceled but its not. It is a nightmare trying to get them to stop charging your account, even after getting a new card number from the bank!

Tried using the sites services once for under $1 and 1 1/2 years later now I just noticed they have been skimming my credit card for small amounts every month since July charging my card on different days of the month in different amounts. Looking back they must text your card to see if they can get away with it because the first month I was charged $0.67 but 4x in one day and then it looks like so far once a month there after in different amounts. I certainly hope that’s all they got from me is the small charges monthly but now I’m left to dig through a year and a half of statements fully. Cancelled my credit card but I can’t report it to anyone until they are open. Hope this helps someone else out of this scam. I don’t dare try to call the number next to the charges because I don’t wanna be paying another scam in phone fees or something.

I signed up for a free trial period. As long as I canceled durng the trial period I was not supposed to be charged. I did go to their website and attempt to cancel within the time period. Nothing happend and I was charged a second month. There is no way to contact Seekhd from their website other than by completing a customer service form. Which is what I did twice. Fortunately, I found their number through ScamPulse.com and contacted them by phone. Supposedly the account is cancelled now. We will see what happens next month. I should have been leary using their website since there is no contact info listed anywhere on it. Live and learn.

I’m a single mother with three kids and a grandbaby and I canceled supposedly canceled my subscription to seekhdhd.com months ago I never even used it. I did not mean to get it in the first place. I have received numerous messages saying that my cancellation went through and I’ll be damned if they don’t take money from me every [censored]ing month please give me a phone number to call and report these people so they can stop stealing from everyone.

SEEKHD is a subscription based software that literally has taken over $200 from me. I have attempted to contact them by email, by letter, and requested account cancellation 3 times now by the only method I could. They have never responded and continue to charge me for a monthly fee without my permission at this point.

I had a spam caller that was using a area code for my area and was attempting to find the owner of the number to inform them. I came across the site is April 2023 and signed up for the phone search plan. I received zero helpful information, deactivated my phone subscription and left the website. I check my bank statements in October 2023 to find I am still being charged a fee of $16.88 per month since April. When I signed back in, it showed my phone search plan was canceled but that I was still subscribed to an email search plan in a separate section of my account. I deactivated it today so I do not know if I will be charged again but I will not be taking further steps as I doubt I can get my money back at this point.

Charges began showing on my credit card in April 2023 for Seek.com. I just noticed them in Sepember 2023 and called to report my card as compromised. I have never used Seekhd.com before, I did not see any other fraudulent charges on my card. There were 2 charges each month totally around $40. My credit card company is going to investigate, I should get a refund soon enough.

Have attempte to get my money refunded for over 1 year and have called both 866-312-7733 and 888-655-7414 continually. On 3/23/23, called 888#, and was promised a refund and given a case #466625914 as a confirmation, but nothing. Spoke with Linsey at 866#. Left messages on 3/30/22, 4/4/22, and told to contact email address: [email protected], which I have done countless times over the course of one year with no success. My last attempt was on 4/4 2023 attempting to dispute the charges, but American Express told me that it was too late. So here I am trying, once again to receive my refund, or at least, stop them from scamming someone else. I have bombarded their email address with demands, and they just ignore me.

I made sure to cancel their phone and luckily realized they registered me in email service too so I canceled both to be sure I canceled. I locked my credit card and called the bank immediately and got my refund! Then they emailed telling me…

They take money out of my account when not authorized and charged me .50 cents when I cancelled and tried to bill me for $26.95 during my free trial and my trail hadn’t ended and made it impossible to cancel before today and has phone number or address and get the exact same email from a robot with each email I sent and never resolved the issue. I just keep getting how to cancel my account but it never had the option to do so until they tried to bill me today.

I subscribed to SeekHD services and found that the information was not accurate so I immediately cancelled my subscription. I just realized that I was being charged monthly for their services that I cancelled. They told me I cancelled only the phone service not the email service. I only signed up for phone service search so why am I now being charged for email service. I never requested email search services. I used their services once and they were inaccurate. Therefore, cancelled the same day there were used. All I am asking for is a full refund for a service I never requested. They refunded me for 1 month but will not for the other 2 months. My bad for not checking thoroughly enough what the charge was for. Regardless, I cancelled the service and should not have been charged.

This site claims to give info when entering a number to do a reverse # look-up. It lies because the phone number was my friend's number NOT the person the website said he was. They steal people's money and don't have any way to contact them through their site.
